Craft London is hosting a St. Andrew’s Day FEAST to celebrate the start of festive season – and you’re invited 

Hold on to your kilts! On Thursday 30th November, Stevie Parle and Craft London‘s Head Chef Ana Garcia Cortes will continue their successful Thursday FEASTS monthly dinners with a celebratory St. Andrew’s Day feast.

Paying tribute to Scotland as home to some of the finest produce in the British Isles, Stevie, Ana and the team will be curing their own salmon, grilling the best hand-dived scallops from the Scottish Isles, smoking haddock to make the traditional, hearty Scottish soup, ‘Cullen Skink’, roasting wild duck to be served with game gravy and foraged greens, and last – but not least – spiking oats with a touch of Scotch whisky.
