Mint chocolate smoothie

This refreshing smoothie combines cacao and mint with hazelnuts for a decadent flavour. The spinach helps you towards one of your five a day, not that you can taste it amongst the natural sweetness of banana and medjool dates. Enjoy this as pre-workout smoothie, or a great way to start your morning.


  • 10g Lucy Bee Coconut Oil
  • 8g fresh mint
  • 15g cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. lucuma powder
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 3 medjool dates (stoned)
  • 10g spinach
  • 1 banana

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
