1 Embrace the buzz of Barcelona with the Anna De Codorníu Terrace On The Thames pop-up

Jetting in from Spain on 11th May for a riverside pop-up, Anna will transport you to ‘her’ home town of Barcelona and the happening beach clubs, where bubbles flow and food comes in the form of finger-friendly pintxos and tapas.

Ideal for after-work drinks, weekend brunches, afternoon tea and celebratory get-togethers, the sun-drenched terrace will offer spectacular views of the iconic Canary Wharf skyline – and has been splashed with a wave of pure white with ‘Anna’ cushions, parasols and throws.

Food takes inspiration from Barcelona’s famous food market, La Boqueria, with a tapas menu featuring the likes of Albóndigas de Carne; Chorizo and Manchego; and Ensalada de Gambas with paprika and lime dressing alongside a range of pintxos.

2 Soak up the sun at Bird of Smithfield


Visit the ever-vibrant roof terrace at Bird of Smithfield is getting a Spritz makeover from Monday 8th May for a beautiful and natural oasis in the heart of London.  Enjoy spritzers such as Honeysuckle Fizz with honeyed & turmeric Belvedere vodka with fresh muddled plums, lemon, sparkling wine or Indian Summer with Jensen gin, ginger ale, apple, kafir lime, cucumber, cardamom, fizz – or simply stick to the classic Aperol Spritz.

Tommy Boland (Bird of Smithfield’s Head Chef) has also created a new rooftop lunch menu featuring seasonal classic salads and light summer dishes, all perfectly matched with the Spritz menu.

3 Experience a luxurious oasis at Proud Camden
Following a 300k reinvestment, Proud Camden’s rooftop terrace has been converted into a gorgeous summertime oasis – complete with full decking, water features and landscaped rockeries. If you like added altitude with your terrace, pay a visit to Aviary, a chic bar found ten floors above Finsbury Square. Aviary offers breathtaking views of the capital’s iconic skyline, sensational cocktails and internationally renowned DJs for a vibe that’s more Café Del Mar than City of London.

7 Enjoy the city skyline at Bōkan


With a talented team at the stoves, a duo of mixology masterminds behind the bar and 360° show-stopping views of the London skyline, Bōkan, London’s latest cloud grazing restaurant, bar and rooftop terrace offers an elevated dining and drinking experience.

In the kitchen is the exceptionally accomplished head chef Aurélie Altemaire (formerly head chef at Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon) whilst Danilo Tersigni (hailing from Mr Fogg’s) is in charge of the bar. Located in Canary Wharf, Bōkan is spread across the 37, 38 and 39 floors of the first contemporary Novotel.
