Taking place on Saturday 14th October, join Wedgwood the Restaurant for an exciting “Wild Foraging Experience” as Paul Wedgwood, one of Scotland’s leading chefs and expert forager Mark Williams, take hungry explorers on an outdoor culinary adventure around Edinburgh.

Passionate forager and chef patron of the award-winning restaurant, Paul will lead a tour foraging for the very best wild seasonal ingredients in the countryside. Guests will learn how to seek out the ultimate in “local” and “seasonal” produce that’s guaranteed to reawaken the senses.

WEDGEWOOD THE RESTAURANT

On this one-day course you’ll uncover a secret world of natural edible possibilities and discover how to identify edible leaves, fruit and fungi. After a morning searching through the wilds of Midlothian, return to the kitchen for a masterclass in how to prepare the freshest of local ingredients.
