The Salt Room Brighton is celebrating Sussex Gin Week by hosting a very special evening of gin cocktails, great food and enthralling conversation in association with the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival.
Calling all hungry Brighton foodies! On Tuesday 29th August, The Salt Room will be hosting a Gin Makers Dinner – and you’re invited.
Visit for a bespoke 3-course mouth-watering menu paired with delectable gin cocktails. Bar manager and cocktail master Matt Ottley has invited his friends from East London Liquor Company, Chilgrove and Blackdown to come along and they will be on hand on to engage you in conversation about their gin and why it goes so well with the food you are eating.
