Hotel Bel-Air Launches Visiting Chef Series

Join Dorchester Collection’s Hotel Bel-Air for the first of its Visiting Chef Series this May.

Taking place in Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air, four world-famous chefs, Wolfgang Puck, Roy Choi, Nancy Silverton and Massimo Bottura will join forces in the kitchen to create an unforgettable gastronomic extravaganza, in partnership with the Los Angeles Times Food Bowl.

This collaborative gourmet six-course menu will feature an amazing diversity of tastes and styles, including mouth-watering offerings such as Italian risotto with aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Moroccan lamb, Alaskan salmon, and marbled Snake River Farms’ beef.

Price: $500 (approx. £400) per person excluding taxes and including selected wine pairings from Ca’ del Bosco. Part of the proceeds will be donated to non-profit organisations Food for Soul and Chefs to End Hunger.
