Flying in the face of Brexit and with the French elections just around the corner, the Bingham hotel has launched an exciting dinner series, Tastes of Europe, with plenty of delicious evenings for foodies to mark their calendars for.

Visit the beautifully restored Georgian townhouse hotel for a number of gastronomic feasts. Collaborating with guest chefs and creating special menus with inspiration from across Europe, using regional and seasonal ingredients, the European series features a number of tempting dinners.

As the weather starts to warm, the Bingham will welcome a Mediterranean inspired, Spanish Wine Dinner on 20th April. Guests can indulge with a selection of adapted Spanish dishes, carefully paired with wines from various regions in the country.  Try Jamon Iberico and Manchego Croquettes paired with Mas Sardana DO Cava Brut Nature Frank Massard, Spanish Suckling Pig paired with Pago de los Capellanes Joven DOQ Ribera del Duero before ending the meal with Churros served alongside a warm chocolate sauce and Pedro Ximenez Bella Luna Jerez.

Following on from this, the journey will venture back to the British Isles on the 24th May to celebrate English Wine Week. The menu will offer guests a special, Best of British wine pairing menu, featuring Queen Scallop Dorset Crab, Slow Cooked Duck Egg served with Pea Shoots and Garden Herb Oil, British Saddle of Lamb with an English Mustard Sauce – before finishing with a selection of British Cheese and a traditionally British, homemade Granny Smith Apple Tart with Blackberry and Vanilla Ice-cream with wines handpicked from British vineyards.
