Foodies, it’s time to mark your June calendars for Dan Doherty’s first ever standalone dining experience at Harvey Nichols 

Harvey Nichols is set to join forces with with chef and author Dan Doherty this June to launch an exciting pop-up on its Fifth Floor Terrace – with only a mere 40 tickets available for each of the four evenings.

Taking place from Tuesday 27th June until Friday 30th June, the new venture, named ‘Sprout’ will offer a celebration of seasonal ingredients and greenery – which will be reflected in both the menu and soothing terrace space.

Guests can expect plenty of plants, ceramics, herbs and bulbs for four nights only. Tuck into an exclusive menu, consisting of a complimentary Sipsmith cocktail on arrival matched to snacks, followed by playful sharing plates; an innovative main inspired by some of Doherty’s favourite British flavours and European cuisines; and a twist on a classic British dessert to finish.

Dan told us: “Sprout is something I’ve been working on for a while and I’m really excited to offer Harvey Nichols customers the opportunity to be the first to taste the menu. The food will be simple and tasty, which is all it needs to be. We’re working with a local florist and ceramicist to create a gorgeous green space on the Fifth Floor Terrace; Sprout will be as much about the plants and ceramics that furnish it as it will be about the food.”
