Matcha cookies


  • 200g butter
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300g plain flour
  • 1 ½ tsp teapigs matcha powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 200C. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add in blended dry ingredients and mix well to form a soft dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then roll out and cut with a cookie cutter of your
Transfer to a greaseproof-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
