Sample the fresh, local seasonal produce prepared, cooked and served within the open-plan kitchen before its presented to your table to devour. Day two The next day, guests are free to explore the picturesque villages which are dotted along the coast. Hop across on the ferry to Padstow or, if you’re feeling energetic brave the Atlantic on a surf session at nearby Polzeath beach. The second evening will be spent in the charming fishing village Port Isaac at the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Nathan Outlaw – where you’ll savour the seafood tasting menu which highlights the finest sustainable seafood caught by local fishermen in small day boats off the Cornish coast. Day three For the third day of the experience, relax in the hotel’s leisure suite where an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room awaits. Plus, if you’re in need of a little extra serenity, enjoy one of the incredible treatments in the Cowshed spa. On your third evening, guests will return to the lovely Port Isaac, to the one Michelin-starred Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen.
