As well as sampling an incredible tasting menu, guests will also get the chance to meet both chefs on the evening. Asimakis’ distinctive and dynamic cooking skills paired with Aussignac’s imaginative dishes and attention to detail will make for an unmissable evening of 11 delicious courses. Both chefs maintain a prestigious Michelin star at their respective restaurants and have utilised their years of expertise to join forces and pay homage to fine French food.
