Are you an aspiring chef or fabulous foodie? Then you’ll love Pied à Terre’s new masterclass experience

Do you enjoy learning the finer details of your dining experience and learning the differences between a parfait or a pavlova? Pied à Terre, Fitzrovia, London, are welcoming everything with a passion for delicious dishes to step in the Michelin star restaurant’s very own kitchen on 34 Charlotte St for the new kitchen masterclass experience.

Guests will spend the morning with the Pied à Terre Head Chef, Asimakis Chaniotis  who will personally take the aspiring chefs through each stage of delivering a fine dining experience.

What’s included: 
• Asimakis will demonstrate how three exquisite restaurant dishes are prepared including the chef’s signature dish, lobster.
• The recipe creation will follow a bread making session under the watchful eye of the chef and his team.
• Each guest will be invited to take home their newly created produce along with a delicious selection of pantry delights and an embossed Pied à Terre apron.
• Asimakis will answer questions, share his knowledge for fine dining whilst disclosing industry tips on how each guest can cook restaurant quality dishes at home.

During this unique culinary experience each guest will learn about ingredients and flavour combinations. Asimakis is highly regarded within the industry for his exceptional skill for dedicating balancing dishes.

After learning all there is to know about the happenings behind the scenes at a Michelin Star restaurant; each guest will be welcomed into the dining room to experience the full gastronomic experience Pied à Terre is renowned for. The lunchtime menu will include a four course lunch accompanied with wine pairings.
