Rotunda Bar & Restaurant To Host Annual Beef Dinner


Join Rotunda Bar & Restaurant for its delectable annual beef dinner this November

If you love beef, you’ll love this upcoming meaty event at Rotunda Bar & Restaurant. The restaurant are hosting an evening filled with all things beef – and you’re invited.

The evening will start with a selection of canapés, followed by a butchery demonstration and meeting with Claus, the farmer from Rotunda’s own Corneyside Farm. After the fascinating insight into the world of beef, guests will indulge with a five-course tasting menu.


The menu is as follows:
• Beef carpaccio, watercress, Parmesan dressing
• Short Rib bourguignon, pancetta, baby onions, woodland mushrooms
• Josper-grilled Sirloin, shoe string fries, Rotunda steak sauce
• Slow-cooked beef fillet, snail and shrimp chowder, spinach purée
• Pear and almond crumble, lavender scented custard

All the beef served at the event has been raised on Rotunda’s own farm in Northumberland and hung on site, before being butchered by their butcher, Claus.
