Join The Airds Hotel For Sumptuously Scottish Wine Dinner

If you love wine, amazing scenery and delicious cuisine, you’ll love The Airds Hotel’s upcoming wine dinner in the west coast of Scotland

Taking place on Saturday the 4th of November, join the Scottish hotel for a delectable feast filled with seven sumptuous courses – all paired with fine Italian wines.

The evening will commence with a drinks and canapés reception served in the lounge, following which guests will be led to the intimate, candlelit restaurant for dinner. Each wine will be introduced by wine expert Joseph Johnston, and there will be an opportunity to meet the restaurant’s Head Chef and his team.

Joseph, from the Tenuta San Leonardo Vineyard will present his range of fantastic wines from the North of Italy. One of Italy’s most iconic wineries, San Leonardo has been compared in terms of quality with the likes of Sassicaia.

Dishes for the evening will range from Pork Cheek Tortellini with Caramelised Apple to Roast Monkfish Tail, Peas and Shellfish Hollandaise. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge with a heavenly apple crumble soufflé to finish the feast before retiring to one of the hotel’s luxurious rooms. For full menu details, see here.
