The Coal Shed London is set to welcome a line-up of esteemed chefs to its open kitchen at One Tower Bridge with a series of delectable monthly dinners

Welcoming a different visiting chef each time to collaborate on an exclusive five-course menu for one service only, the first chef of the series will swap Brighton Pier for Tower Bridge – Michael Bremner of 64º on Friday 26th January.

An innovative and experimental chef, originally from Scotland, Michael Bremner cut his teeth in celebrated kitchens in Australia, Canada and London before settling in Brighton and opening debut restaurant 64º, which has retained a Michelin Bib Gourmand since opening in 2014. Seen on TV screens in BBC Two’s Great British Menu, Bremner sailed through the heats last year with a series of top scores from the judges, clinching a finalist spot.

Each visiting chef will collaborate with The Coal Shed London’s Executive Head Chef Dave Mothersill, Head Chef Chris Ditch and Head Pastry Chef Laura Petersen on a creative five-course menu. Diners will be welcomed by a drink on arrival before sitting down to five outstanding courses, each dish a collaboration between The Coal Shed London team and the visiting guest chef.

Peering into the open kitchen, diners will be able to watch the chefs in action cooking meat and fish over hot coals and plating up each course delicately.
