Hosted by celebrity nutritionist and health-food expert Rosemary Ferguson, this three-day Cotswolds retreat will combine conscious cooking with useful nutritional tips, yoga and deliciously healthy food – all served in the gorgeous setting of Thyme. Rosemary will be working alongside Thyme’s culinary experts to create a series of bespoke menus, created exclusively for the retreat, using fresh produce from Thyme’s Kitchen Garden and Farm. As well as the carefully tailored meal plans, guests can unearth the secrets behind utilising home-grown produce with a series of cooking classes taking places in Thyme’s award-winning Cookery School. As well as this, Rosemary will host juicing demonstrations and a talk on the value of using herbs to help detox the body. To add to the relaxation, yoga teacher Rebecca McAlpine will also lead a series of invigorating yoga classes for all abilities.
