Join talented Tom Brown from Michelin starred Outlaw’s at The Capital as he joins forces with Ondine for a one-off sensational four-course fish and seafood lunch this June 

Ondine, the renowned Edinburgh restaurant is delighted to open its kitchen (and its arms) to the brilliant Chef Tom Brown (currently competing on BBC’s Great British Menu) from Michelin-starred London restaurant Outlaw’s at The Capital for one day only on Sunday 4 June.

Outlaw’s at The Capital is masterminded by Nathan Outlaw and Head Chef Tom Brown, who source the freshest and best seafood from fishermen they know. Known for his stunning fish and seafood dishes, Tom is letting the ingredients take centre-stage with a delectable series of dishes.

Cornish Rarebit

The menu will include Champagne and snack on arrival, followed by Crab Mayonnaise, St Enodoc Asparagus Soup, Bacon and Roast Turbot on the Bone, Chicken & Mushroom Dressing, Leeks. For mains, guests will dine on Cornish Rarebit Tart, Beetroot, Walnut & Thyme before finishing with a Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich, Clotted Cream, Lime & Elderflower.
