As London’s first mindfulness café, the supper clubs at Yeotown Kitchen will offer an entertaining yet insightful evening with delicious food and great company. Driven by the mantra strong in body, clear in mind, the first of the supper club series will be held on 30th January with a vegan theme.

The evening will be hosted by yogi and entrepreneur, Mercedes Sieff with chef and health coach, Ines Romanelli. Currently studying at Sano School of Culinary Medicine, Ines helps individuals to overcome health difficulties through a balanced, plant-based, raw food diet.

Romanelli will be discussing all things Veganuary, followed by a Q&A to encourage an open discussion around the topic. Guests will then dig into a specially curated three-course vegan dinner.
