To honour Princess Margaret, who would’ve turned 88 this year, Maggie Jones’s has created “Maggie’s Cocktail” (£8.50), a twist on the G&T with gin, tonic, orange juice and bitters, as gin was the princess’s alcoholic beverage of choice. Diners are also encouraged to taste the restaurant’s famous Chicken & Artichoke Pie (£16.50), which was one of Princess Margaret’s favourite dishes.
