Wreath building
Join Xylem and Phloem for a relaxing yoga, brunch and floristry workshop this December

Launched by fitness and floristry duo Tash Richards and Freddy Owen as a venture to bring space and creativity into the working month, Londoners are invited to join Xylem and Phloem for a fun morning of pre-Christmas relaxation in De Beauvoir.

Guests will first enjoy a dynamic vinyasa class focusing on elegant flows and tuning into the breath. Following this, attendees can enjoy a fun wreath building workshop for a spot of festive floristry.

For the foodies, Sophie Gordon of Dust Granola will be creating her signature scrumptious breakfast bowls to nourish and fuel creativity. Expect fresh fruits, indulgent homemade compotes, rich nut butters and her eponymous Dust Granola.
